A 60-75 minute appointment consisting of a detailed conversation designed to give us a full picture of your mental health. We’ll explore your history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can understand not just what you’re experiencing, but why. This careful, in-depth evaluation helps us provide an accurate diagnosis and develop a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you.

These follow-up visits combine medication review with supportive counseling. We’ll check how your treatment is working, adjust medications if needed, and talk through the challenges and progress you’re experiencing. Each session allows time for guidance, education, and emotional support- helping you stay on track and feel confident in your care plan.

Support for unique situations on a fee-for-service basis. These may include legal or court-related consultations, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, documentation for workplace or school accommodations, referrals, and other specialized needs. These services are handled separately from standard appointments and do not follow set time blocks, ensuring the focus remains on your specific request.
